We are licensed by the Environment Agency to handle your waste (you are required by law to use only licensed contractors for disposing of paper and all other types of waste). Our office management experience ensures controlled collection and secure destruction of paper, CDs, videos and other media.

If you use your own sacks these need to be strong enough not to split when carried. We can provide tough polypropylene sacks and professional non-reusable numbered security seals at £0.45 per sack + postage (free delivery if delivered whilst collecting from you) + £3 handling. 		Convenient ad hoc or regular collection including weekends and out of normal office hours. Collection by professional friendly uniformed Office Champions team members in our own vehicles.
		We provide an itemised waste transfer note on collection which passes the responsibility for proper environmental disposal of paper and media to ourselves. It also ensures you have an audit trail for your records of what confidential waste has been collected.
		Certificate of destruction is provided with our invoice for you to evidence that the paper and media has been properly destroyed.
		Due to Health and Safety handling regulations, sacks and boxes carried by your and our team must be under 20 kg (lower legal limits may be applicable) and the prices above assume this. We have equipment for moving larger items which may be subject to a site survey.
